How Long Does The Delivery Usually Takes?

International Delivery usually takes about 8 to 16 working days from Malaysia. Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines & Indonesia. ( 6 – 10 working days ) Macao, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Cambodia, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Myanmar, India & Bangladesh. ( 8 – 15 working days ) Rest of the world : United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Russia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, United Arab Emirates, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bahrain, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Gibraltar, Greece, Iraq, Italy, South Korea, Luxembourg, Maldives, Monaco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norfolk Island, San Marino, Slovakia, Turkey, Vatican etc ( 10 – 18 working days ) The item prices on the website do not include shipping charges. The shipping charges will be computed when you start the checkout process as they are based on your zip code and package weight. All packages are shipped out within 1 – 3 working days via Pos Malaysia ( Registered Post ). ( Every package has a tracking number and signature on delivery.) Contact us within 5 days after receiving the package and return to us in original packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping. Refund will be arranged after the package reached us. The returned goods/products will be checked and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Thickybox.com will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation. An email of return address will be sent to you.
